Responsibilities
- Assist with invoicing using auto-entry and sage accounts.
- Processing purchase orders and reconciling purchase orders to invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reconciling company credit cards to receipts.
- Dealing with any queries regarding creditors ledger and providing answers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support the preparation of month end accounts and all duties required.
- Maintain filing systems both electronically and physically for easy retrieval of information.
- Professional approach when liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the efficient operation of the organisation.
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Must be adaptable
- Experience with Sage Accounts 50
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional approach with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
