Assist and support our academy strength & conditioning team
You will assist our current coaches in providing strength & conditioning coaching for our foundation phase players (U9 – U12) and youth development phase (U13-U16), which will involve field and gym-based performance/recovery sessions. You will assist and develop the Academy’s strength and conditioning department in line with the club’s strategic objectives and the Elite Player Performance Plan.
Your background
We are looking for someone who has experience providing strength and conditioning services to young athletes. You will also have experience in the design, implementation and monitoring of strength and conditioning programmes for the long term athletic development of football players. To be successful for this role you must hold an undergraduate degree in Sports Science or Strength & Conditioning from a recognised University.
